$10 is the average food minimum required for orders per restaurant.  Some restaurants may have a differing minimum.

Are there any charges?

There is no charge to place orders online for takeout. Delivery is just $3.99.  Check Promotions for any additional discounts/ specials.

How long should my order take?

Take-out:

Place your order online and quick pick up at the restaurant.  Allow 15 - 20 minutes from the time your order confirmation is received.

Delivery:

Place your order online and sit back as your meal is delivered to your location.  Allow 45 - 60 minutes from the time your order confirmation is received.  Other factors may effect your estimated delivery time such as traffic, road conditions, distance from restaurant, etc.

Can I use a restaurant coupon?

Sorry, restaurant coupons currently not available on Qurble.com.  Check Promotions tab for specials from Qurble.com

Can I pre order my food?

Yes, if you need to order ahead of time you can note it in the special instructions box when entering your contact info during checkout. I.e.: “Please deliver at noon”. Be aware that any special instructions that change the actual order in any way may be disregarded. .

Do you offer Catering?

Yes! Drop-off catering available for your corporate and event planning needs from almost any Qurble.com partnered caterer. Bear in mind that most catering orders require extra time to prepare - plan to place these orders at least 24 - 48 hours in advance if possible.

Any delivery restrictions?

Yes, Qurble.com reserves the right to decline delivery to any address for any reason.

Can I call Qurble.com.com to place my order?

Unfortunately not, Qurble.com is now solely an online ordering service and does not take food orders for local restaurants over the phone. What are the delivery areas?

Delivery provided by Qurble.com is only available within a 8 mile radius of Youngstown, OH.  Some restaurants on Qurble.com may have their own personal delivery drivers available to deliver to you.

Qurble.com reserves the right to decline delivery to any address for any reason.

Do I have to tip the mobile waiter/driver?

Customary 20% gratuity is appreciated. Our services are free but please consider drivers must cover gas cost and vehicle maintenance costs.

Why isn’t my favorite Restaurant participating?

If your favorite restaurant is not partnered with Qurble.com talk to the manager or owner and let them know you would like to them to sign up so you can receive your favorite foods through your Qurble.com. The restaurant owner /manager may not know you need this convenience available and is looking for customer feedback otherwise.
